How long will it take receive my order?
Goods will be sent via DHL or Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided and signature on delivery is required. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on our stock availability, your delivery address and when you make your selection. Allow 2-4 working days for delivery if item is in stock, or 2-3 weeks for personalised orders and delivery.
Can I add something, remove something or change something on my order?
We want you to love everything on your order. We would be happy to help modify your order if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. If your order has already been shipped, please place a new order for the additional item.
How much does shipping cost?
We're currently offering free shipping worldwide on all orders over $250.
Delivery is a flate rate of $20 Australia wide. For International shipping, it's a $30 flat rate.
A tracking number will be provided. We use Australia Post or DHL services.

What is your return policy?
Please choose your items carefully as we are not required to refund on change of mind of purchases. As our pieces are made to order, returns will not be accepted. As such, please note, on placing your order that as the items you purchase are artisan handmade, there may be slight variances in your product.
We would like our customers to be completely happy with your orders, we can accomodate any changes to the original picture you require - as the piece is being made for you, we can personalise it further to your liking, if required. Any changes or alteration to the original must be mentioned in the 'notes' section of your order and emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be in touch once received to coordinate your requirements.
